The medical use of cannabis is continuing to accelerate within physician and patient populations. Last year alone, investment activity increased to $13.8 billion in total value, from $3.5 billion the year before, and spending is projected to increase to $23 billion in the next three years. Given the current rise within the use of medical cannabis we have deployed a survey to 260+ HCPs from our propriety panel across 14 different specialties including oncology, neurology, ophthalmology, hematology, gastroenterology, and internal medicine. We asked physicians their recommendation regarding the medical use of cannabis across varying conditions, their patient response to it as a treatment option, and their overall perception of its use.
